Agree to Privacy Policy

FNS INC. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea in order to protect users’ personal information and rights, and to ensure prompt and smooth handling of complaints related to personal information.
If this Privacy Policy is amended, the Company will provide notice through announcements on its website (or through individual notice, where appropriate).
This Policy shall be effective as of 2023.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
The Company processes personal information for the purpose of providing online inquiry services. Personal information processed by the Company shall not be used for purposes other than this stated. If the purpose of use is changed, the Company will obtain prior consent from the data subject.
2. Items of Personal Information Collected and Methods of Collections
  • Items Collected : Name, date of birth, contact information (mobile phone number and/or email address), address, company name, country, etc
  • Methods of Collection : Website forms
  • Legal Basis for Retention : Provision of website services
3. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period stipulated by applicable laws and regulations, or within the period agreed upon by the data subject at the time of collection.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company provides personal information to third parties only in cases where the consent of the data subject has been obtained or where such provision is permitted under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, including special provisions of applicable laws.
5. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing
  • ① The Company does not entrust the processing of personal information to third parties. In the event that the Company enters into an entrustment agreement in the future, it will clearly specify in written agreements matters required under Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act, including but not limited to: prohibition of personal information processing beyond the scope of entrusted purposes, implementation of technical and administrative safeguards, restrictions on re-entrustment, supervision and management of entrusted parties, and liability for damages. The Company will supervise whether entrusted parties handle personal information safely.
  • ② If there are any changes to the details of entrusted tasks or entrusted parties, such changes will be disclosed without delay through this Privacy Policy.
6. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Methods of Exercising Rights

Users, as data subjects, may exercise the following rights :

  • ① Data subjects may exercise their rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.
  • ② Rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised by submitting a written request, email, or facsimile (FAX) in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act. The Company will take appropriate measures without delay.
  • ③ Rights under Paragraph 1 may also be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent. In such cases, a power of attorney in the form prescribed in Appendix No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.
  • ④ Requests for access to or suspension of processing of personal information may be restricted pursuant to Article 35(5) and Article 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
  • ⑤ Requests for correction or deletion of personal information may not be granted if such personal information is required to be collected under other applicable laws.
  • ⑥ When a request for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing is made, the Company will verify whether the requester is the data subject or a duly authorized representative.
7. Destruction of Personal Information
Upon achievement of the purpose of processing or expiration of the retention period, the Company destroys personal information without delay. Electronic personal information is permanently deleted, and personal information in written form is destroyed by shredding.
