1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

The Company processes personal information for the purpose of providing online inquiry services. Personal information processed by the Company shall not be used for purposes other than this stated. If the purpose of use is changed, the Company will obtain prior consent from the data subject.

In the event that the Company enters into an entrustment agreement in the future, it will clearly specify in written agreements matters required under Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act, including but not limited to: prohibition of personal information processing beyond the scope of entrusted purposes, implementation of technical and administrative safeguards, restrictions on re-entrustment, supervision and management of entrusted parties, and liability for damages. The Company will supervise whether entrusted parties handle personal information safely.
• ② If there are any changes to the details of entrusted tasks or entrusted parties, such changes will be disclosed without delay through this Privacy Policy.

6. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Methods of Exercising Rights

Users, as data subjects, may exercise the following rights :

• ① Data subjects may exercise their rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.
• ② Rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised by submitting a written request, email, or facsimile (FAX) in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act. The Company will take appropriate measures without delay.
• ③ Rights under Paragraph 1 may also be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent. In such cases, a power of attorney in the form prescribed in Appendix No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.
• ④ Requests for access to or suspension of processing of personal information may be restricted pursuant to Article 35(5) and Article 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
• ⑤ Requests for correction or deletion of personal information may not be granted if such personal information is required to be collected under other applicable laws.
• ⑥ When a request for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing is made, the Company will verify whether the requester is the data subject or a duly authorized representative.

7. Destruction of Personal Information

Upon achievement of the purpose of processing or expiration of the retention period, the Company destroys personal information without delay. Electronic personal information is permanently deleted, and personal information in written form is destroyed by shredding.

All product descriptions, specifications, availability, prices, and lead times displayed on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a legally binding offer.

A binding contract shall be formed only upon :

• Issuance of a written quotation by FNS INC, and
• Acceptance by the customer through a purchase order or written agreement confirmed by FNS INC.

3. Products and Services Disclaimer

• Repair, refurbishment, and testing services

Unless expressly stated in writing :

• Products may be refurbished or used
• Compatibility references to OEM part numbers are for identification only
• Repair feasibility and performance are subject to inspection and testing

FNS INC does not guarantee that all equipment or parts are repairable or suitable for a specific manufacturing process.

4. Independent Service Provider / OEM Non-Affiliation

Unless explicitly stated, FNS INC is an independent supplier and service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
All OEM names, trademarks, and part numbers are used solely for reference and compatibility purposes.

5. User Obligations

You agree that you shall :

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting inquiries or orders
• Use the Site only for lawful business purposes

Comply with all applicable import, export, customs, and trade regulations

You shall not :

• Misuse technical data for reverse engineering or competitive analysis
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Site
• Use the Site in violation of export control or sanctions laws

6. Pricing, Taxes, and Duties

Unless otherwise agreed in writing :

• Prices are quoted exclusive of taxes, duties, customs fees, and shipping costs
• The customer is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, import duties, VAT, GST, and clearance charges in the destination country

7. Export Control and Trade Compliance

Products, software, and technical data provided by FNS INC may be subject to export control laws of the Republic of Korea, the United States, and other jurisdictions.
You agree not to export, re-export, transfer, or use such items in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or embargo laws.

8. Limitation of Warranty

Any warranty applicable to products or repair services shall be expressly set forth in a separate written agreement or quotation.
Except as expressly stated, all products and services are provided on an "AS IS" basis, and the Company disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FNS INC shall not be liable for :

• Production loss, yield loss, or business interruption
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

The Company’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including technical descriptions, images, documents, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of FNS INC or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial or competitive purposes without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or transactions conducted through the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

12. Changes to the Terms
